On a cold Friday in October 2020 we found ourselves in a studio in West London putting on our second ever editorial, in way over our heads and way beyond our budget. It was make or break time for our fledgling wedding business and with £2000 left in our bank accounts we’d decided to roll the dice. 3 years and 400k in bookings later we can see the decisions that changed our life forever and afforded us a life we never could have imagined for ourselves.

I still remember the fear I felt picking up the phone to our first client. A lifetime of being the shy girl had made me think I wasn’t capable of running my own business. Handling clients, making sales, meeting couples in person all seemed like things way outside of my comfort zone and things I could never tackle. Once I started to face my fear I developed systems to help me overcome the challenges, and with a structured approach I shed my shy girl identity and began to thrive in business.

We’ve taken our business from local weddings to consistently capturing incredible high budget events at the best venues in the country, and you can too. Here’s What Our One to One Coaching Looks Like

As a one to one coaching student you will be working with both Zach & Grace to identify your goals, understand how you can get the results you desire and set clear and actionable steps to make progress towards them.

Once you’re enrolled in the coaching program we’ll schedule an introductory zoom or phone call where we discuss where you are currently at with your business, areas where you’re struggling or feel like you’re not making progress, and outline what you aspire to for your business and your lifestyle. From here we will personalise the coaching curriculum to fit your specific needs and your goals, so each week you can see the maximum results from your time with us.

Each week there will an hour long zoom coaching call covering your personalised curriculum which is recorded and hosted on your portal in the following days so you can access and rewatch your calls at any time. Between each call we offer the opportunity to connect with us over email or WhatsApp to continue your learning and development.

Your Six Week Curriculum

Week 1 Website & Portfolio Review

Prepare your brand for the upcoming booking season by refining your portfolio and your website to get it looking its best with the imagery and content you already have available to you. We’ll also help you identify gaps in your portfolio that you can fill with editorials and collaborations in the quiet season to maximise the year ahead.

Week 2 Social Media Review & Strategy

We’ll work with you to align your social media with your updated website and portfolio to create a seamless brand presence. We can help you identify what your ideal client is responding to and what they are currently interacting with to create an organic marketing strategy that gets you in front of the right couples.

Week 3 Enquiry & Booking Process

You’ll learn the booking process we’ve developed over the last three years that allows us to build great relationships with our clients, demonstrate the value of not just our photography but our overall service and consistently increase our prices throughout each year.

Week 4 Business Strategy

We’ll share how we structure and run our business from the day to day work to the big picture strategies. We grew our business from £20k a year in bookings to £90k, to £170k in just two years and had to learn quickly how to run a business of this scale; you can prepare for your success and skip the overwhelm we faced in growing our own business.

Week 5 Our Approach To Photographing A Wedding

You’ll learn the mindsets that changed the way we approached photographing a wedding day and massively accelerated our success not just in terms of profit but the satisfaction of our couples. We’ll talk you through our wedding day toolkit, from the cameras to the cheat sheets we take with us, as well as the lessons we’ve learnt working on the weddings of CEOs, movie producers, politicians, magazine editors and influencers.

Week 6 Mindset & Action Plan For 2024

We’ll work together to transform your mindset and your thinking to kickstart 2024 and make it your year. We’ll develop your personalised plan to help you continue your growth beyond the coaching program, so you can begin building the business and the life of your dreams

  • For this round, unfortunately yes. We are considering opening spots to other wedding creatives for future rounds so if you are interested please let us know.

  • The program will run for 6 weeks starting at the beginning of December 2023 with a one week break for Christmas. We will schedule the time and day of each call with each student individually.

  • Absolutely! You’re in an amazing position to take all that we will teach you from 5 years experience in the wedding industry and put it into action straight away.

  • Yes it can. It’s never too late to make changes in how you present and run your business. You’re in a fantastic position to understand everything we will teach you as you have so much experience. Let’s take your business to the next level together!

  • We do plan on running another round in early 2024, however the price will be increasing for the next round.

  • For our founding students the total cost of the 6 week coaching program is £995.

  • We will host each one to one call with you on Zoom. This will allow us to record the sessions for you to refer back to. You will have access to a coaching portal where we can schedule our sessions and where each call recording will be uploaded.

  • Of course! You’ll be able to refer back to them at any time so you can continue learning even after our last session. 

  • You will have access to us via email or WhatsApp throughout the duration of the program to ask us questions, update us on your progress and strategise with us. Our goal with this is to help you move forward between our sessions.
